Due to continued grown and expansion,

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing person to join our team. We would prefer if the ideal candidate has some form of experience either in the motor trade or within customer services but not essential as full training will be given. You will be working alongside someone else in reception, with plenty of support. We are looking for someone reliable and trustworthy

Job Roles:

* Answering the telephone and replying to emails

* Keeping the diary up to date

* Booking in jobs, ordering parts and tyres, creating job cards

* Booking parts to job cards, creating invoices and estimates

* End of day reports and cashing up

The candidate will ideally be computer literate, have good communication skills, good presentation and to be able to think on their feet.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience

Hours Required:

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm

And Alternate Saturdays 8:30 - 1pm
